Common Returns Questions

Return Conditions

To receive a refund for your return, your item(s) must meet the following conditions:

  • Postmarked within 14 days of your delivery date
  • In original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition
  • Returned with original tags and packaging

Intimate apparel and swimwear (including, but not limited to, lingerie, boxers, briefs, swimsuits and bikini bottoms) must be returned with the original hygienic protective strip still intact.

Footwear Returns

Footwear must be returned with the dust bag, original shoe box and any other included materials (such as hangtags and extra laces), as these are considered part of the product. All original shoe boxes must be placed inside a shipping box in order to qualify for a return or exchange.

Final Sale Items

Final Sale items are not eligible for return/exchange/store credit. Final Sale items include, but are not limited to, socks, publications, apothecary items (fragrances, candles, incense, grooming products, garment care products, etc...) and any items marked Final Sale.

Once your return is authorized, you'll receive step-by-step instructions and a prepaid shipping label via email. How soon will I get my refund? Once your items are inspected by the store, you'll get your refund typically within 48 hours.

  • Items purchased in the last 11 days.
  • You must request a return no later than 14 days after your order date.

What items are non-refundable?

  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
